1. What kind of events is the Living Room best suited for?

The Living Room is perfect for intimate gatherings like baby showers, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, small weddings, business meetings, art shows, workshops, pop-ups, and private dinners.

2. How many guests can the Living Room accommodate?

The living room can comfortably accommodate up to 75 guests.

3. What is included with the rental of the Living Room?

Rental includes tables, chairs, lounge seating, high-speed Wi-Fi, access to restrooms, a speaker is available, and lighting. The space is designed to be flexible and easily customized for your event style.

4. Can we bring in our own food or caterer?

Yes. You're welcome to bring your own food, use a caterer, or even host a potluck-style gathering.

5. Do you offer bar service for events in the Living Room?

Yes. Bar service is available through Eight to the Bar. We provide licensed bartenders. Beer, wine, cocktail selections, and non-alcoholic drinks (Coke, Diet Coke, Lemonade, Sprite) are available. There is a required minimum bar tab of $250 for services to be available. All bar services will include an 18% gratuity.

6. What are your rental rates for the Living Room?

Rates vary based on the day of the week. We offer affordable 6 hour packages. Our Monday-Thursday 6 hour rate is $495. Our Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 6 hour rate is $995. Please contact us for pricing detail and seasonal availability for non-profits.

7. Can we decorate the space?

Absolutely. You are welcome to bring in your own decorations to personalize the space. We ask that all items be removed after your event and that nothing is affixed to the walls or structure.

8. Is the Living Room wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the space is ADA-compliant and fully accessible for all guests.

9. Is there a sound system or A/V equipment available?

The Living Room includes a simple sound system for background music. For more complex needs, we’re happy to connect you with vendors or equipment rental services.

10. Is there parking nearby?

Yes, there is ample street and public lot parking within a short walk of the venue. Load-in and drop-off is easy with our accessible entry.

11. May I rent the Living Room for recurring events or classes?

Yes! The Living Room is perfect for recurring workshops, classes, networking events, or creative series. We offer multi-date discounts and custom packages for regular users.

12. How do I book the Living Room?

To book, please reach out through our contact form, email, or booking an appointment for a tour. A signed rental agreement and deposit are required to hold your date.

13. Are there any additional fees to rent the Living Room?

There is a $75 cleaning fee added to your total rental.
